WHAT WAS I THINKING?!

I’ve shut my mouth about it until now because I hate getting involved into things like that but you are all taking it too far.

The way the comment which started it all was written, well, in an unfortunate way and I understand it got Emilia upset. Her response to it reflects it but it’s not like she put the blame on Chokelate for it. So, I don’t understand where all the fuzz is coming from to begin with.
I believe she has the right to write how she feels about it. Though I think it probably wasn’t necessary to do it in a manner like that, with screencaps and so on. If it was for that it probably wouldn’t have gotten that much attention to begin with.

Now, who I blame for this to get so out of hand are the people who involved theselves into it and took action to send bullshit messages to both, Chokelate and Pastelbat.
IS THAT EVEN NECESSARY? I say no, it’s not. That only fuels the fire and besides that I think it’s nobody’s business except for the two and the girl who originally wrote that comment. Now it’s nothing but a chain of unfortunate actions that took place one after another and it get’s more and more childish by the minute.

I myself would’ve probably not given that comment that much attention. It’s a contest. It’s meant to be fun and it will be as long as you let it be. Don’t take it too hard if somebody doesn’t like what you do. It doesn’t make a difference, really. It’s just someones personal opinion and that’s it. It’s only going to be an attack if you take it too serious. And I think both girls should’ve just let it be. I don’t blame anybody to be upset, maybe I would’ve felt the same for a moment, who knows? But then you should get back to what matters. Besides, not everything you think or feel must be spoken or written out.

But as I said, what’s worth in this entire story are the people who then felt the need to insult one another as if it would matter. You should be ashamed of yourselves, sending nasty messages to people you most likely don’t even really know about a situation that isn’t even your business. You make things worse and it probably wouldn’t be such an awful big deal if it wouldn’t have gotten so dirty in the end. It’s a shame, honestly.

Lastly I want to say, I’m on nobody’s side just in case anyone wants to assume I’m defending any of the girls in question in particular. I loved both girls entries and even before this contest I liked the two very much and still do. I haven’t lost respect for either of them just because of this silly affair.
What’s meant to be fun turned into a name and shame party. It’s just sad what became out of this whole thing.

NEWS ON MY PC!

Looks like the motherboard got repaired/replaced BUT my neighbour said it’s overheating, still haha~
Old story is old. That’s why I haven’t been really using it anymore, it’s just the quarantine room for all my bad files and all it has to do is starting up, running 10 minutes and shutting down again.
It used to overheat even worse, got temperatures up to more than 100°C on the inside and even with a new fan it didn’t get a lot better.

However, I’ll get back to him about it tomorrow and we’ll see if he can give me the file that was on the pc that I desperately need.
And maybe, MAYBE then I can use PS again. Maybe even still this year. WHOOHOO!

There are so many things I need to do before my sister gets here on Friday and I also gotta go to work tomorrow so… better get some sleep! 

Because of reasons I’m pissed off anyway but now I’m even more down, ugh.

Back in August I purchased a wig from GLW, mainly because I wanted something nice light blonde anyway and I still had 15% off for their shop. Everything went smoothly and quick and I receive my wig after approx. 10 days.
Disappointment when I took a good look at it because there were many fibers missing at the top so you would see through it.

So, I tell them about it, include pictures and first it’s put off as ‘The fibers may slide in transit so try to brush it blablabla do you wear a skin tone wig cap blablabla’. Well, of course the first thing I tried was how to eventually work with it but it was no use, there were clearly missing fibers where I’d need them. If it was only missing maybe the same amount but not at the top it wouldn’t be a problem, really. And no, not wearing anything skin tone-ish. After all, you sent me a black wig cap along with my light blonde wig so.
I explain myself and again instead of an offer for exchange I get vague tips about shaking the wig out and how thick it was even though I already stated my point and made clear the wig was NOT thick and just… hell, you could see through the top. Sure, I could also wrap the entire thing up on my head so nothing would even matter but I would like to be able to play around with the wig to get nice hairstyles and not to play around in order to avoid people would see through my wig.

The argument goes on, they tell me they’d ‘ask their stylists’ about it and I take more pictures as a proof, even one to compare my new wig to another wig I once got from them.
After some more days they finally agree to exchange my wig so I sent it back to the USA (on my cost, I must add) in mid September, finally. No notice. 
About one month later I ask what’s going on and if they even received the wig, two days later the answer. Yes, they received it and no, the blonde isn’t in stock anymore by now and they offer me a different colour. As, you know they have ‘been swamped because of Halloween’. Feels good they paid attention to my exchange so much they didn’t even bother to keep one wig back for me.

But I still want my light blonde wig, why would I want any other? I did buy that colour and style for a reason. That leaves me with having to wait 3-4 weeks, though but I still agree. Now, on Dec. 9th I get another message telling me the wig is back in and they’ll even double check it before sending it out (tip for you GLW: try checking your wigs always before sending it out, that we you can avoid a lot of stress for both you and your customer).

Today I finally received my exchange wig, open the envelope and see: a different wig. It’s blonde but… not light blonde. I didn’t even really look at it because I’m just tired and disappointed with this entire issue. Four months of struggling in order to get one silly wig and it’s still not right.

I expected more of you, GLW.

Edit: I took it out of the plastic now and despite it being to wrong wig I just wanted to add that it’s kind of ratty as well. And now don’t give me your ‘messed in transit’ comment, GLW. That wig was packed to tightly in platic and cardboard there’s no way it could’ve slid inside of it to create that mess.
